Well done Frankie, You might remember that during our first consultation I said that the objective for both of us was to get me doing my inept running again I had not been able to do so due to my piriformis syndrome. This has been achieved. This morning during my run I felt no discomfort. So Frankie, Well Done and Thank you very much
